... the tide is turning
We Were Forced to move as my landlord who had never shown his real colours up until this point, placed his girlfriend in the Unit next to mine, we lived in a two unit duplex, this person was an alcoholic, the problem started when she started knocking on my door between the hours of you 11 PM and ungodly hours of the morning, wanting me to leave my daughter in her charge, while I went and bought her some alcohol, my answer was obviously no, and that's what started sending everything haywire, in the ensuing months that followed, the police were called to the property on numerous occasions, and arrested my landlord, who turned out to be a misogynistic women basher, and an alcoholic himself, (attached is one of the breaches served on him through this period) there I could not afford to move at this time as legal fees had taken everything, the court proceedings were a must, my daughter's mother had taken her from school, and I had only just got her back, her mum has a major illicit drug problem, the only reason I got her back, was I convinced the local police to do a welfare check as she is well known to them, when they found her, my daughter was locked in the backroom, and her mother was undergoing the effects of these drugs, I could not take the chance of this happening again, as it is not something your local police normally deal with, normally to retrieve a child from an estranged parent is a matter for the Federal police, this normally takes 6 to 8 weeks to action through court, then they have to find them and she could do it again, it never rains on the coast it pours, (I'm replying to justice robot as I write this) our bank balance is Zero to move from there I have already used the option
of bond loan and Center link loan but Ended Up jumping from the frying pan into the fire, forced to move into a caravan park, we ended up moving again shortly after as my daughter received bite marks on her from another child on the park, and these people you can't reason with or come to an understanding. The final straw in this place was having your accommodation rifled through when you weren't there, if so I advertised for share accommodation and that's how we ended up here with a zero bank account and zero options I have to go back to court on the 12th of Dec as I am applying for a passport for squirt I also need to see my family as I am one of thoughs dreaded sheep love'n kiwi's with a really strong sense of family values, but I've never felt so alone and my daughter has never meet them, its only for a visit as there are things here that need to be done
I will find a way to resolve our plight as squirt is worth fighting for, she is my life.
