If an offsite organization requires power4parents.org to divulge user information, a legal request will be required from a Court of Law. If information is legally requested, power4parents.org will be obligated to give the information as requested.
All submitted contributions remain the property of the user who contributed them and will be edited or removed upon written request.
All content of the power4parents.org web site is not designed as evidence or proof of anything. power4parents.org is an information hub. Content will alter and change where applicable.
All names (parent or child) will be edited to show first name, last initial and state. Anything submitted which identifies a Government worker will be edited where applicable.
Names of Government workers submitted, without liable will be shown on this site.
power4parents.org is not designed for "department bashing". power4parents.org understands that everybody is entitled to their opinion but promotes pro-active participation rather than negativity.
